You need not be present to win the grand prize giveaway or any of the four weekly drawings of $500 value. The grand prize drawing will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. at the Arrowhead Mall. The winner of the grand prize drawing must bring the winning ticket to the Chamber of Commerce office at 310 W. Broadway by noon on Monday, December 28, 2009. If the winning ticket number for this drawing is not presented to Chamber officials by the designated time and date, the next alternate who has been identified by that time will be declared the winner.
There will be four weekly drawings of cash or prizes valued at $500 beginning November 18, 2009. The drawing dates are, 11/18, 11/25, 12/2, and 12/9. These drawings will be held at the Chamber of Commerce each Wednesday after 5 pm. Winning numbers will be announced each Thursday in the Muskogee Phoenix, announced on Okie Country 101.7, posted at the Chamber office at 310 W. Broadway and Arrowhead Mall, 501 N. Main in Muskogee, published on www.muskogeechamber.org or call 918-682-2866. The weekly winners must bring the winning ticket to the Chamber of Commerce office by noon on the Monday following the drawing to claim the prize.
- The More Magic Bonus Cash Drawing will be held immediately following the grand prize drawing. The winning ticket will be drawn lottery style just as the grand prize ticket and from the same tickets. Must be present to win, winner with the winning ticket will receive $1,000.
- No purchase is necessary. Customer is entitled to one ticket from each participating merchant visited and one ticket for every $10.00 in purchases at participating merchants.
- You must be eighteen years of age or over to win. The winner of any prize shall be required to furnish proof of age, social security number, and place of employment (if applicable).
- Participating merchants, their employees and immediate family members are not eligible to win with tickets issued from their business.

Chamber of Commerce employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
- Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, licenses, and fees.
- As the official sponsor of Muskogee’s Magic Holiday Giveaway, the Greater Muskogee Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding any/all aspects of the Giveaway.
