Welcome to Muskogee!
Muskogee Convention & Tourism promotes the City of Muskogee
on so many levels that to try to capture the total breadth and
width of this endeavor on a single page would prove impossible.
Not only do people visit Muskogee for all of the charm and nostalgia
that permeate small towns, but they also visit for the museums,
water sports, festivals, Native American history, artistic culture,
and stunning parks that are so much a part of Muskogee.
Visitors to Muskogee come not only from the state of Oklahoma,
but all over the United States, as well as internationally.
Our Tourist Information Center on Highway 69 logs daily records
of all visitors, and the tourism office also sends visitor’s
packets to travel groups and individuals that contact the office
directly. The tourism department is supported by print media,
travel and tourism memberships, trade show appearances, advertising,
and web site access. Step-on guides can be arranged if needed
to give tour buses some local insights to the attractions Muskogee
has to offer, and familiarization tours are hosted by the tourism
office on a regular basis.
